Akwaaba! In my culture, this word is more than a greeting; it is an invitation into someone’s world. So, consider this portfolio my sincere welcome to my page.

I am Patricia Mensah, a technical communicator whose work bridges at the intersection of design, culture, and clarity. What I have learned so far in my MA in Technical Communication program is that good communication starts with people. It asks us to know and understand our audience and write and design in ways that actually meet them where they are.

Here you will find work that reflects those commitments. I care about making things clear, useful, and human, and you are about to find out exactly how I do that.

I am glad you are here!
